Navigating through folk songs, stories, and Cilento traditions
Sailing at sunset in the waters of Agropoli, musicians and actors bring to life the deepest roots of Cilento culture: traditional folk songs (stornelli), proverbs and ancient sayings, oral stories passed down through generations, and tales of fishermen and their close bond with the sea.
This is not a simple performance, but an immersion into the intangible heritage of a land that has preserved its cultural identity intact. Cilento folk music, theatre, and storytelling blend with the coastal landscape, creating an emotional experience where tradition and nature become one.
The project enhances the cultural, musical, and identity heritage of Cilento, with a special focus on Agropoli and its surroundings.
