The museum preserves the memory of the Jews interned in Campagna during the Second World War
Established in 2008 inside the former Dominican convent of San Bartolomeo, the museum preserves the memory of the Jews interned in Campagna during the Second World War and tells the extraordinary network of solidarity that saw protagonists Giovanni Palatucci , his uncle Mr. Giuseppe Maria Palatucci and the entire countryside community. Through documents, photographs, reconstructed environments and immersive installations, the museum itinerary intertwines memory, testimony and reflection on the themes of the Shoah, solidarity and peace.
