The journey begins in Agropoli, the gateway to Cilento, where the medieval village reveals itself through stone alleys, ancient stairways, the majestic Castello Angioino-Aragonese, and spectacular views over the marina below. After passing the promontory of Punta Tresino, the coastline continues towards Santa Maria di Castellabate and the picturesque harbour of San Marco, revealing elegant seafront promenades, small fishing boats, and squares overlooking the sea.

The second day explores the coastal stretch connecting Punta di Ogliastro to the seaside villages of Montecorice. Ogliastro Marina appears nestled between Mediterranean vegetation and crystal-clear waters, while the atmosphere of San Nicola a Mare and Agnone Cilento is marked by stone piers, boats pulled ashore, and slipways where fishermen still stop to repair and arrange their nets.

Acciaroli welcomes travellers with its stone alleys and tower houses overlooking the marina, opening onto wide golden beaches. Nearby, Pioppi enchants with its historic homes built close to the sea, where maritime culture blends with the history of the Mediterranean Diet.

The daily itinerary ends in Marina di Casal Velino, a lively coastal village that developed around its historic harbour.

The day begins in Marina di Ascea, along a coastline dominated by ancient Saracen towers built to guard the shore. From here, the route reaches Marina di Pisciotta, a village that preserves the timeless charm of small fishing communities. Along its streets, pastel-coloured houses gather around the picturesque protected harbour, where the ancient menaica fishing technique is still practised. A little higher up, a stop along the hillside bends offers a spectacular panoramic view of the village and the open sea.

Palinuro enchants visitors with its historic harbour, traditionally a refuge for boats and fishing vessels at the foot of a majestic limestone promontory. Further south, Marina di Camerota reveals itself through its lively marina, welcoming squares, and characteristic fishermen’s houses.

The final part of the itinerary crosses the Golfo di Policastro, passing through villages overlooking the water and seafront promenades where tranquillity meets tradition. Scario preserves an authentic charm: an intimate fishing village with colourful houses reflected in the sea and a scenic pedestrian promenade.
A little further on, Policastro recalls the ancient maritime origins of the area through its historic fortifications. The journey then reaches the coastal villages of Capitello and Villammare, finally ending in Sapri, an elegant town enclosed between sea and mountains, where evenings flow to the slow rhythm of the waves.
